TradiYog respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what information we receive and how it is used.

What we collect

• What you send us: when you message on WhatsApp or email, we receive your name, contact number or email, and whatever you choose to share about your body, routine, and goals so we can guide you.
• Basic website analytics: like most websites, standard, non-identifying usage statistics may be collected to understand how the site is used.

How it’s used

Your information is used for one purpose: providing and improving your guidance — scheduling sessions, building your practice plan, and staying in touch about your practice. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to mailing lists you didn’t ask for.

WhatsApp & third parties

Conversations on WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and encryption. Video sessions take place on the platform we agree together (e.g., WhatsApp, Zoom, or Google Meet), each governed by its own privacy policy.

Your choices

You may ask at any time what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — just write to tradiyog@gmail.com and we’ll do it promptly.
