Wellness Disclaimer

TradiYog provides traditional wellness guidance and education — not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The yoga, pranayama, and lifestyle guidance offered through TradiYog is intended to support general wellbeing: ease of movement, calmer routines, better daily habits. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care, and nothing on this website or in our sessions should be understood as a promise of any medical outcome.

Please consult your doctor

Before beginning any new physical practice — including gentle yoga — please consult your physician, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or managing any medical condition. Tell us about any relevant condition in your consultation so your practice can be adapted safely; we will never ask you to act against your doctor’s advice.

Listen to your body

Practice within your comfortable limits. If anything causes pain, dizziness, or distress during a session or self-practice, stop and let us know. Progress in yoga is measured in months of steady, comfortable practice — never in forcing a posture on a given day.

Your responsibility

By participating in TradiYog sessions, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily, that you are responsible for practising within your own limits and medical guidance, and that TradiYog and its teachers are not liable for injuries arising from practice undertaken against medical advice or beyond communicated limits.
